About Our Name
Located in the Seven Mountains area, just east of State College,
PA is the corporate namesake. As a Penn State graduate, a personal
goal was to own a property near the University to provide a location
for sporting events, mentoring sessions, and outdoor activities.
As the property is nestled in a narrow gap and the predominant
flora are ferns, the property was named Fern
Gulch. When the corporation was formed, the name
was adopted for business purposes. As business has expanded into
Central Pennsylvania, the property also serves as our regional
office.
